WHO IS MOKO?

Hi, it's Crystal. I am located in Toronto, Canada and owner of Moko's Boutique.

My interest is handmade crafting and also anime, so I combine my interests and making custom doll clothes for all your Nendoroid Dolls or Obitsu 11!

I love to customize things because it is a fun process and it also make the item special with a little handmade touches.

WILL THE CLOTHES FIT MY DOLLS?

All the Nendoroid Dolls clothes and Obitsu 11 clothes are checked before shipping to make sure they fit perfectly to your babies!

Please contact us if you want to try to fit your clothes to other doll size, we can provide measurement and estimate whether it will fit!

DO YOU ACCEPT COMMISSION?

We have made commissions for our customer, ranging from large commission such as full costumes from Anime series (e.g. Demon Slayers, Attack on Titans), to smaller one such as custom embroidery patterns on T-Shirts or masks.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM SHIP?

We understand that you want to dress up your dolls to look stylish as soon as possible. Please understand that Moko's Boutique is a one-person shop and all the items are handmade by Moko and made to order.

We will ship out all orders within 3 to 10 business days after ordering.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM ARRIVE?

We ship out all items from Toronto, Canada. We use the following shipping services:

  • USA: All item will be shipped via Chitchats, which uses USPS First-Class Package Service with full tracking. On average it takes 2-4 business days.
  • Canada: Canada Post Expedited Parcels or letter mail, which takes up to 3-7 business days across Canada
  • Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Israel, Belgium, Russia only): Asendia Priority Tracked, average 4-22 business days with full tracking
  • Australia / New Zealand: Asendia Priority Tracked, average 4-22 business days with full tracking
  • Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea only): Asendia Priority Tracked, average 4-22 business days with full tracking
  • Rest of the World: Canada Post Small Packet International – Air , which takes 12+ business days
